Q. How much does it cost?

A. You can create a Rentify account free of charge. If you do not configure your Rentify account to receive online payments, then Rentify will always remain free to use. If you configure your account to accept online payments, you'll be subject to Stripe fees - see below for details. Additionally, Rentify charges an additional 10% commission charge on all orders. However, if you upgrade to any paid Rentify subscription, this fee will not be applied

Q. What are the Stripe transaction fees?

A. Rentify handles secure card payments via Stripe. All transactions are subject to Stripe fees, which vary from country to country. To see the prices for your region, refer to Stripe pricing. Please note that for the purposes of fraud protection, Rentify also uses Stripe Radar, which applies additional fees per transaction

Q. How do you protect against fraud, theft or damage?

Rentify relies on Stripe Radar to identify problematic payments made by your customers - for example, payments on cards that have been marked as stolen. Rentify also provides the ability to collect security deposits on orders, for a period of up to 7 days. In case your equipment is returned damaged, you can collect this deposit in full or in part.

We can accept payments in any currency supported by Stripe. If you don't see your currency listed in the options, please send us an email and we'll add it ASAP.
